Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your order will begin processing and can no longer be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order within this time frame, please contact our support team by:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the cancellation or return is approved.


Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in perfect condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Original product packaging must be included

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • International orders (including the U.S.) will not receive a prepaid return shipping label

⚠️ We do not accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way.


Return Request Process

Please email support@caseruns.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Tracking number

  • Clear photos of the received item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Your request will be reviewed and confirmed via email during business days, usually within 72 hours.

Once approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges & Processing

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the order date

  • Exchanges will be processed within 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • International orders (including the U.S.) will not receive a prepaid shipping label

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only


Coupon Codes

  • If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout, we may apply it within 12 hours after the order is placed

  • Only one coupon code may be used per order

  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases

  • Coupon codes cannot be retroactively applied after an order has been shipped
